Dave Asprey is an American entrepreneur, author, and biohacker based in British Columbia, Canada. He is the founder of Bulletproof Nutrition, which popularized Bulletproof Coffee (a specialized coffee with high amounts of fats). He authored several popular books including The Bulletproof Diet, Headstrong, and Game Changers: What Leaders, Innovators, and Mavericks Do to Win at Life.
Asprey has claimed to have spent over 1 million dollars hacking his own biology with a large collection of devices, therapies, and supplements. He often discusses his biohacking on the Bulletproof Blog and the popular Bulletproof Radio podcast. He is also a founder of Upgrade Labs, a biohacking-focussed "gym".
Dave Asprey believes in radical longevity, and has previously stated he wants to live to 180 years old. He is also known to self-experiment with more extreme procedures involving large amounts of stem cell injections into the spinal cord.
