This Movement Preparation routine is a 3-part stretching and warm up regimen developed by longevity physician Peter Attia and physiotherapist Jesse Schwartzman. It was introduced and explained on Peter Attia's blog post "How you move defines how you live" which includes links to the Youtube demonstration videos.
The blog post also includes a link to the tearsheet detailing the instructions for the routine.
